On the way out of the High Sierra, we made a quick detour to Shat's Bakery to pick up a loaf of garlic-Cheese Bread (astute followers of this blog will recognize that name from May 30.)

"Filatore" was originally created as a way to track the adventures of an Italian deployment back in 2006 (Filatore=Spinner in Italian). Since then, it's morphed a few times, and after a period of relative dormancy, will document our urban existence over the next year.
