About this blog:
"Filatore" was originally created as a way to track the adventures of an Italian deployment back in 2006 (Filatore=Spinner in Italian). Since then, it's morphed a few times, and after a period of relative dormancy, will document our urban existence over the next year.
I brought back 5 liters of freshly-pressed olive oil from Sicily, and we uncorked it tonight.
